A small Australian cafe has sent the internet in to overdrive, making magnificent milkshakes that are an Instagrammers dream.
Patissez, in Canberra, call these AU$9 bulging jars Epic Freak Shows, and the pictures alone are enough to give you a cardiac arrest.
Some jars are bulging with brownie, others oozing with hazelnut spread - there's no denying that all four of the extravagant drinks are too good not to snap before slurping. That was the intention, co-owner Anna Petridis, told the Canberra Times.
"I wanted to do some really great shakes, and so ridiculous and over the top that people just had to take a photo of it before they ate it," she said.
They've been open just seven weeks and business is booming with 45 minute lines down the road even in the middle of a very frosty ACT winter. Their Facebook page has already clocked a whopping 21,000 likes and their Instagram account is the same thanks to pictures like this.
There are two almighty cold shakes: French Vanilla is topped with whipped cream, caramelised puff pastry and vanilla bean patisserie, while Salty Pretzel is a Nutella milkshake topped with whipped cream and pretzels.
And two hot shakes: Salty Nutz, a caramel shake topped with pecans and the Muddy Pât - a fudgy hot chocolate finished with a brownie and homemade toasted marshmallow.
The mother-daughter, ex-My Kitchen Rules, co-owners have proclaimed their popularity on Facebook - yesterday they whipped up a record 249 shakes and made a jovial apology for not being able to post the creations overseas.
There are just thirty seats at popular Patissez but they promise a larger store is in the works to cope with roaring trade, putting Australia's "boring" capital on the map.
