100g butter
3 Tbs caster sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups self-raising flour
2 Tbs berry jam
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
2 egg whites
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 Preheat oven to 170 C. Line a 20 x 30cm slice tin with baking paper.
