Man's weird TikTok carrot-cutting hack baffles internet

By now we've probably all seen enough game-changing home hacks to last a lifetime but trust me, this man's timesaving way of chopping carrots is something you will want to see, if not necessarily emulate.

The man's efforts have gone viral after he shared a video on TikTok where it has racked up 5.6 million videos and been labelled both "absolutely terrifying" and "genius".

In the short clip, TikTok user @steel.jobe crams an entire carrot into his mouth and chews quickly on the vegetable, taking brief pauses to spit the chopped pieces into a blender.

The video is equal parts baffling and addictive to watch.

It also raises so many questions, like how did he manage to fit that much carrot into his mouth? And who is that smoothie for? Also, why?

@steel.jobe's video has gotten thousands of comments and has been labelled the best example of someone who can "work smarter not harder".

"This man is a genius," one person wrote, while another commented: "How can I love and hate this at the same time."

Another person said it was "creative" but they "hope he's the only one drinking it".

Others said they didn't know what was so shocking about the video, admitting they too did this with their fruit and veggies as it was "much faster".

"I thought I was the only one who does this LMFAO," one person admitted.

"I did this with a frozen banana and my BF made fun of me," another said.

Another said the guy in the video had simply gone old school, commenting: "How do you think we did it before?"
