Man caught putting genitals in peanut butter jar at health clinic

A man has been charged after he was allegedly caught putting his genitals in a jar of peanut butter at a health clinic.

Employees at the Oklahoma Indian Clinic became suspicious when they discovered food was being tampered with back in March.

Fed up with the situation, they decided to try to catch the tamperer in the act by setting up a hidden camera in the ceiling.

In mid-September, a victim had bought a new jar of peanut butter and caught 61-year-old and fellow employee Luiz Medelin in the act.

"This man was going into the break room. He appears to pull out his genitals and place them inside a peanut butter jar," Oklahoma City Police Department officer Megan Morgan said.

He was then recorded putting the lid back on the jar and placing it back on the counter.

Another video clip also allegedly captures Medelin urinating in a rubbish bag in the break room.

It is understood Medelin was hired through an outside company as a cleaner for about eight years.

Medelin has been charged with outraging public decency.
