6 passionfruit
2 mangoes
1 banana
16 fresh lychees
Juice of 3 limes
2 Tbs sesame seeds, toasted
2 Tbs runny honey
Fresh mint leaves to garnish
1. Halve passionfruit, scoop out the pulp and place in a large bowl. Peel and slice the mango flesh off the stone, cut into cubes andadd to the bowl with the sliced banana.
2. Peel the lychees, combine with the fruit and lime juice then plate. Sprinkle over toasted sesame seeds, drizzle over honey and garnish with mint.
