8 slices Iberico ham (available at Sabato)
200g manchego cheese
Approximately 6 basil leaves per plate, depending on size
A few capers per plate
Extra virgin olive oil
1. Bring the ham and cheese to room temperature. Arrange the slices of ham on each plate. Slice the cheese thinly andarrange.
2. Layer the basil leaves and capers on each plate and drizzle with a little olive oil.
