One commenter said they had heard of a baby girl named Jarica, as her parents couldn't decide between Jessica and Erica.
The name "Elizabreth" really got people talking, with one person saying it sounded like a typing error at the registrations office, while another said people would mishear and think the poor child's name was "Lizard Breath".
"Nevaeh will always be the worst," one person said of "heaven" spelt backwards.
While Navaeh had a surge in popularity in the early 2000's, especially in the US, some of the names mentioned were not so believable.
"Little Sweetmeat. Swear to God," one person wrote.
Other terrible names included Colon, JaMocha and Appaloosa for a girl.
Many commenters said the struggle to find a name that both parents could agree on led to their original choice.
"I have liked the name 'Garden' for a daughter, but my wife was really set on 'Olive' so we compromised and are naming her Olive Garden Smith," one person wrote.
