Cameron and Justin rumoured to be engaged

Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake have been plagued by recent breakup speculation and nasty legal battles, which can mean only one thing: wedding reports.

The celeb couple - together for about a year - are ready to make it legal after Timberlake, 23, popped the question to the 31-year-old A-lister, according to MSN.com. The ex-'N Sync star first secured permission from Diaz' parents and then received the thumbs-up from his mother.

Sources say the wedding will be "a very quiet affair ... nice and discreet."

Diaz' rep denies the report.
