The snap prompted a flurry of comments from her 200,000 followers - most fueled by outrage.
One shocked follower wrote: "Kid with make up. How can she believe in her natural beauty if she is makeuped even as a child? That's more than stupid!"
Also horrified by the image of the young girl, another wrote: "Makeup is making yourself look older.
"I'll let you think what could happen if you walked in front of a weirdo on the street, thinking you're 25 but you're actually 10."
While there was plenty of backlash, some followers supported the child's look.
One said: "It's just for fun honey, it's not like child has her face caked everyday. It's fun to do makeup or have someone do your makeup!"
Indeed, some followers saw the lighthearted side of the argument, with users leaving comments like: "OMG it's just a bit of fun, everyone calm down."
Another likened the make up to face paint, saying it was good for the little one's creativity.
Others showed their support by stating how pretty the girl was, and how she was "prettier than most girls their age".
This is not the first time that the beauty blogger has shared a snap of the same child wearing makeup; just last month she shared a similar snap of the youngster pouting with her eyes closed, revealing thick glittery eye shadow.
Unsurprisingly, this got a similar reception from her fans. Some were appalled by her decision to make her toddler look so grown up, whereas others saw it as a bit of harmless fun.
When contacted by MailOnline, the woman clarified that the girl in the picture was not her daughter.
