Ever since she competed in her first world championships as a 12-year-old junior [under 17] in 2009 it had been her dream to become overall women's world champion.
In addition to the overall title, Georgia, 20, also obtained her third consecutive open world trick title, silver in open slalom, silver in open jump, and a bronze in the open team overall event.
The weeklong championships hosted 13 different countries and more than 100 athletes.
The competition had three events: slalom, tricks and jump.
Each event was worth 1000 points with the overall place calculated by adding up how much each skier scored in each event.
Georgia scored 2878.54 points with second placed Ashleigh Stebbings snapping at her heels with 2869.57 points - a difference of 8.97 points.

Georgia, who lived in Otaki before moving to Christchurch to study for a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Canterbury, took the second semester to off so she could train in America before the championships.
Her goal now is to get a barefoot skiing world record.
"The person I was competing against who got second broke the world slalom and the world jump record at the competition.
"So I would like to break one of them.
"The world jump record is probably my biggest goal, which 21.9m, so I want to jump 22m."
