Serves 4

1 cup of berries (or more if you have them)
2 cups of natural yoghurt
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of cranberry juice
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of peeled, grated fresh ginger
A squeeze of lime or lemon juice
½ a cup of ice cubes

Liquidise until smooth and frothy. Drink and feel virtuous.
