"Totem Onelove conveys our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the patron who tragically passed away," the organisation said in a statement.
"We appeal to our audience that they stay safe and look out for each other."
Police said they were disappointed that 69 people were charged with drug supply and possession offences, including 57 charges for MDMA possession and one for LSD.
Assistant Commissioner Frank Mennilli said police operations were continuing but the number of people arrested was "alarming and disappointing, especially after we warned revellers about the dangers of drug use," he said.
