According to Korn's lead singer, Deven suffered from drug addition and had been fighting her battle with drugs for more than 20 years.
He claimed that her usage was creating an environment of neglect for their children.
Court documents from Jonathan stated that Deven was dependent on both prescription and illegal drugs.
Jonathan asserted that she had been in rehab six times and 'is constantly under the influence of the nitrous oxide, cocaine and Norco.'
The father-of-three even claimed that one day when he brought the kids to Deven's home, her drug dealer boyfriend was passed out on her living room couch.
Jonathan claims to have seen a heroin pipe and cocaine floating in a toilet bowl. Deven was upstairs, passed out on the floor.
He further explained how his wife would be binged on drugs and would 'routinely bring home unsavory characters, including strangers. Some of these people are random fans of my music who she allows to come into the house, go into the master bedroom closet and try on my clothes.'
