Why Art Green wants you to drink breast milk

Bachelor Art Green's new book Eat Clean, Live Lean points out the benefits of drinking human breast milk.

Art Green thinks it makes more sense to drink human breast milk than it does to "drink cows' breast milk".

Green, also known as The Bachelor, made the statement live on Breakfast while promoting his new book Eat Clean, Live Lean on Monday.

The fitness fanatic follows a paleo lifestyle and started his own business, CleanPaleo, with two mates in 2012.

During the interview he was asked about a section of the debut book where he points out the benefits of drinking human breast milk.

"Did I say that? um...I haven't tried it myself but I think it makes sense," Green says.

"I think it makes more sense to drink human breast milk than it does to drink cows' breast milk."

While he does follow the paleo regime, Green admits there are some dairy products he can't live without.

"I personally do still eat cheese because I love it," he says.

"Breast milk cheese," weatherman Sam Wallace adds.

"Only human breast milk cheese," Green jokes.
