Westlife are set to return to New Zealand shores for the first time in 20 years as part of a 25th anniversary tour.
Known for hits including Flying Without Wings and Uptown Girls, the Irish pop group will play Auckland’s Spark Arena on July 28, and Christchurch’s Wolfbrooke Arena onJuly 30.
The band said they were excited to return to Australia and New Zealand after two decades away.
“We can’t believe it’s been 20 years since we last toured in Australia and New Zealand, so it only felt right that we should come back and celebrate our 25th anniversary together.
“We have always loved coming back to this part of the world as the fans have always made our trips so memorable and special – you have the loudest fans in the world!

“The 25th anniversary show will be our most exciting and ambitious to date and, of course, we will be performing all of the hits. Australia and New Zealand – we cannot wait to see you!”
General tickets will go on sale May 15, while Mastercard holders and Live Nation members will have access to a presale on May 14.
Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan and Mark Feehily formed Westlife in 1998 and became one of the biggest boybands of the 2000s.
They have sold more than 55 million records worldwide and are Britain and Ireland’s top-selling album group of the 21st century.
The tour will see Filan, Byrne and Egan reunited without Feehily, who announced in 2024 he would not continue playing with the band for ongoing health reasons.
