Apple's much anticipated new music service is about to launches - but Kiwi fans face an early start tomorrow morning if they want to hear Zane Lowe's first show.
Apple Music's new radio station Beats 1 is directed by Lowe and kicks off midday Tuesday in America. That means Kiwiswill have to get up at 4am to hear Lowe live.
An iOS update will be made available an hour before the launch, which has to be downloaded for the service to work.
Pharrell Williams will also release his new single Freedom on the service
When Beats 1 launches, it will stream continuously though will have advertisements.
Apple Music will be free for the first three months and is available for anyone with an iOS device. Android and Apple TV users will need to wait until later this year for access.
The launch has been marred by a public spat with Taylor Swift. The pop singer wrote an open letter last week accusing the service of ripping off artists, forcing them to agree to pay musicians and producers during the free trial.
