Vin Diesel next star on Walk of Fame

Vin Diesel is to be honoured with the 2504th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The Fast & The Furious star will unveil his plaque outside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on August 26.

Michelle Rodriguez, his onscreen girlfriend in the Fast franchise, and co-star Paul Walker will be among those paying tribute to the actor at the induction ceremony.

Ana Martinez, producer of the Walk of Fame ceremonies, told WENN: "Vin Diesel is one of Hollywood's most popular action stars known the world over. We are thrilled to add him to our action-packed Walk of Fame, where he should feel right at home!"
