The giant Flight of the Conchords homecoming just got bigger with a final show at Wellington's TSB Bank Arena being added to the duo's tour.
The pair play there on Monday, July 2 after 13 dates around the country which includes two nights at Auckland's Vector Arena and three shows at the capital's Michael Fowler Centre in mid-June.
Should the Wellington arena show sell out, the Conchords' tour will have sold nearly 50,000 tickets making it possibly the biggest New Zealand tour by a Kiwi act in local entertainment history.
Tickets for the Wellington Arena show go on sale via visaentertainment.co.nz at 9am Thursday June 7, then via Ticketek from 1pm Friday June 8.
Meanwhile, fellow musical comedy Bill Bailey is returning for a New Zealand tour.
He brings his Qualmpeddler show to Wellington's MFC on September 28, Christchurch's CBS Canterbury Arena on October 1 and Auckland's ASB Theatre on October 3.
Tickets go on sale on June 8 at 9am.
Elsewhere, Harry Potter parody show Potted Potter: The Unauthorised Harry Experience - A Parody by Dan and Jeff is coming to New Zealand.
Created by Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner in 2005, the show rips through all seven Potter books in 70 minutes, and includes "all your favourite characters, a special appearance from a fire-breathing dragon, endless costumes, brilliant songs, ridiculous props and a generous helping of Hogwarts magic".
They were last here for the 2009 Comedy Festival.
Potted Potter is on from October 23-28 at Auckland's Bruce Mason Centre, and at Wellington's Opera House from October 30 to November 4.
Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster and Ticketek.
