Spy: Rachel Hunter's racy new role

Rachel Hunter sent plenty of pulses racing during her supermodel career on some of the world's most-famous catwalks and beaches. Now the 45-year-old has hearts pumping as she resurrects her acting career, starring in new American-produced thriller Her Infidelity.

Hunter is the star in the made-for-TV movie, playing Lily, a mother and head of a local school PTA who fears her husband is cheating and falls into the arms of her son's teacher, Grayson.

After a one-night stand, the teacher's attention turns into a deadly obsession, in which he shows a fetish for masks and suffocation.

Hunter's acting is the best of her career - the drama and lust bring out skin and grit not seen in past acting forays in over 20 films, which include Piranhaconda, Rock Star, Just a Little Harmless Sex and The Benchwarmers, where she played a sexy soccer mum.

"It was a fun film, which we shot last August in Vancouver," Hunter told Spy this week.
Her Infidelity recently aired in the US on the Lifetime channel - beamed into 95 million homes in the States - and Hunter continued her globe-trotting filming schedule for her new TV series, Rachel's Tour of Beauty. TV One is expected to screen the series late this year.

Hunter has been travelling the world meeting people from all walks of life who believe they hold the key to age-defying looks.

So far Hunter has visited Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Fiji, France, India and, this week, China.

During her travels she has shared pictures of these nation's most scenic spots with her 20,000 followers on Instagram, including a picture of her posing on the Great Wall of China.

Even the most private couples find it hard not to share their most intimate moments on social media. And for rising model Renee Stewart and boyfriend Charles Twaddle - who works in advertising - it was no exception. The pair have been dating about three years since Charles moved from Auckland's Devonport to the bright lights of LA, and have made the long-distance commitment to each other.

Stewart - daughter of supermodel Rachel Hunter and chart-topper Rod Stewart - lives and works in London and Twaddle still lives in LA.

Twaddle gushed on Instagram last week when he flew to London to celebrate Stewart's 23rd birthday, writing: "Only one thing in the world makes me this happy (and it's not my new leather jacket). Happy Birthday Renee Stewart! I'm so glad I got to spend it here with you in London. You don't know how proud I am of everything you've accomplished this side of the pond!"
