It will be the last chance to see the hit threesome together on stage for at least the next two years as Pene Pati, Amitai Pati and cousin Moses Mackay have decided to resume their individual international opera careers.
A press release said they would "each resume their opera careers abroad".
Sol3 Mio will play at Auckland's Vector Arena on Friday March 11 and Christchurch's Horncastle Arena on Saturday March 26 as part of the 14-date national tour for recent second album On Another Note which followed their 2013 debut album which was the highest selling local album for the past two years.
The band's first album in 2013 was the biggest selling album in New Zealand that year, and the second biggest selling album of 2014.
The Christchurch show would be the last chance to see the group perform "for at least the next two years," the press release said.
