Broadcaster Simon Dallow will fill in for Susan Wood while she rehabilitates from a brain injury suffered in a fall.
The host of TVNZ's Q+A programme reportedly fell while she was carrying washing upstairs at her home on January 10. She was found by a family member several hours later.
Wood is recovering at a brain injury rehabilitation facility and is said to be making good progress.
TVNZ today announced Dallow had been appointed as the fill-in host of Q+A while Wood was away.
"I'm looking forward to keeping the seat warm and I hope to make Susan proud," Dallow said.
