It's official: There will be a sequel to Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.
The news was delivered from the newsreader himself, with Will Ferrell's iconic movie character showing up on Conan O'Brien's late night talk show to make the announcement.
Playing an extended flute solo, Burgundy insulted the show's
host before saying he "actually has an announcement".
"I want to announce this to everyone here in the Americas, to our friends in Spain, Turkey and the UK, including England, that as of 0900 mountain time, Paramount Pictures and myself, Ronald Joseph Aaron Burgundy have come to terms on a sequel to Anchorman.
"It's official: There will be a sequel to Anchorman. There will be a sequel."
