Nicola Peltz targets in-laws in Instagram post as Beckham family feud escalates

Nicola Peltz appeared to take a swipe at her in-laws on Instagram just hours before husband Brooklyn Beckham’s explosive post cutting ties with his family.

The 31-year-old Last Airbender actor posted a mirror selfie to the platform yesterday, Page Six reported.

Dressed in a baby blue bikini, the image revealed a previously unseen tattoo along her right rib, of a Yiddish phrase, which reportedly translates to “family first”.

Peltz disabled comments on the post, which she captioned with three dolphin emojis.

The photo was posted mere hours before husband Brooklyn Beckham posted a series of Instagram stories lambasting his estranged parents.

“I do not want to reconcile with my family,” he wrote.

“I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life. For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family.”

Brooklyn, 26, levelled multiple bombshell accusations at his parents, including that his mother, Victoria, sabotaged his wedding, according to the Daily Mail.

“My mum hijacked my first dance with my wife, which had been planned weeks in advance to a romantic love song,” he claimed.

Brooklyn alleged Victoria danced “very inappropriately” on him during a special number reserved for the couple’s first dance, performed by family friend Marc Anthony.

“I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life,” Brooklyn said, adding the couple felt compelled to ”renew our vows so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment".

He also alleged his mother cancelled making Peltz’s wedding dress at the last moment, forcing the new bride into a panicked search for a new dress.

David and Victoria have not yet responded to their son’s raft of claims, including that they pressured him into signing away rights to his name.

Brooklyn also claimed his parents’ obsession with maintaining appearances have resulted in his suffering “overwhelming anxiety”.

“For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared,” he wrote.

“My wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation.”

Peltz has been accused multiple times of fuelling the family feud before last night’s post.

The Daily Mail reported she was “obsessed” with driving the rift between the parties, despite previous attempts at reconciliation.
