Post Malone has a new face tattoo and it's ... unique.

The rapper, who song Better Now is currently number two on the Aria charts, got the words "always tired" tattooed under his eyes.

The tattoo has received a mixed reaction from fans with some raving about how relatable it is and others saying it's clearly a cry for help.

Another wrote, "does he know that tattoos don't come off?"

Malone has plenty of tattoos and told GQ that he decided to start getting inked after meeting another famous musician.

"Justin Bieber was the guy that inspired me to get tattoos," Malone told GQ.

"He was in the studio and I was like, 'hey man, does that hurt?' because that's when I just had first met him. And he was like, 'no'."
