Matt Damon catches you up on the Bourne series in 90 seconds, just in time for the new film

Two days out from the Australian release of Jason Bourne, Matt Damon (via Universal Pictures) has delivered a recap of the entire story so far - all in under 90 seconds.

"You wanna know what you need to know before heading to see Jason Bourne?" Damon begins.

"Here goes."

Jason Bourne picks up the story 10 years on from the last instalment, with Jason Bourne walking away from the agency that trained him to become a deadly weapon.

Damon returns to play his most iconic role in Bourne, and is joined by Alicia Vikander, Vincent Cassel and Tommy Lee Jones. Julia Stiles also reprises her character in the series.

Jason Bourne opens in New Zealand cinemas this Thursday, July 28.
