How Bruce Lee Changed The World

Before 1970, China was all about Mao and cheap consumer goods, as far as a great part of the Western world was concerned. It was a remote, exotic and impenetrable land. And then along came the butt-kicking movie star Bruce Lee - who after just five films, became an international superstar, as well as Asia's first.
Lee is still hugely popular in China, as his films were heavily loaded with Chinese nationalism. This documentary tracks the bright lights of his film career until his untimely death in 1973 - and how he influenced not only popular culture, but also changed the world's perception Asia as a whole.
