Today marks the beginning of the second NZ Book Month, with events and readings planned over the next 30 days to mark the growing appreciation of our staggering range of writers. The NZ Book Month team, together with retailers and the NZ Book Council, have drawn up a list of 50 Great NZ Books as a guide - not a "best of" but a place to start.
