Michael Lohan's girlfriend gets restraining order

28 Mar 04:30 PM

"My father is a lunatic & doesn't even deserve such a title since he's never been around in my life other than when he'd threaten me & my family," she tweeted.

Lohan's volcanic fury erupted after Michael opened his well-oiled cakehole last week and declared that his daughter's alleged drug habit has left her tap-tapping at "death's door".

In a mantrum to

Grazia

magazine he feared Lohan would be "dead in a year".

"She needs long-term rehab," he said, echoing his allegations that LiLo's hooked on prescription medication.

He then went on to compare her lifestyle to those of dead celebs.

"I fear the worst. Look at

"It could be a year, a month, a week - who knows?

"She has a plethora of medicine you can't mix and can't drink with."

'Get serious'

LiLo's no stranger to tongues wagging about her melodramatic lifestyle. She's had more stints in rehab than we've had hot dinners - all stemming from that career-crunching 2007 DUI arrest. Remember the one where she served all of 20 minutes in jail for? Pffft!

She was ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol education programme after being nabbed driving under the influence of booze and cocaine.

Anyway, back to wack.

Lohan was far from impressed with her father's gas-bagging. She fiercely denied his allegations of a chemical romance with pills and said: "I'm so hurt that someone who calls himself my father needs to use the press to communicate with me.

"I have not spoken to my father, nor have I responded to his threatening and erratic messages over the last several months," she said.

"He should instead try to be a real father."

But she didn't stop there. LiLo's recent Twitter rant continued:

"He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life - behind bars. It's so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister just now asking, 'Why is daddy doing this?' Through tears.

"He's crossed the lines & hurt me & my family 4 the last time... So much for having a 'dad'... I'm going to spend some time with the ones that love me & I love now.

"I appreciate those who continue to support me. My fans keep me strong & I love you all so much for it! My second family is what you are to me."

Restraining order

There's also more trouble at t'mill. LiLo's teamed up with her BFF and mother

Dina

to mull over the idea of issuing a restraining order against papa. And who can blame them. This is the very man who reportedly said he wanted to 'kidnap' LiLo and force her into rehab. Probably not the best approach.

Dina also claims Michael is way behind on child support payments for his two offspring with her.

"He is also six months behind in his child support. On Monday, we will file a violation order, and if he doesn't pay, he'll go to jail," she told the

New York Post

.

"I believe in karma, and his leash is getting tighter," she added. "He just needs to zip his mouth."

Bet he won't. He'll go on, and on, and on and on bleating about his familial woes.

Why do we get the sorry feeling that this will all end in tears?
