Two New Zealand films that made the Oscars long-list, have missed out on going to next month's Academy Awards, after the short-list was announced this morning.
The Six Dollar Fifty Man, by Wellington based film-makers Mark Albiston and Louis Sutherland, made the ten-strong long-list in the Best Live Action
