The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also landed the No 42 spot on Forbes' Celebrity 100 list (Taylor Swift took out top spot) after earning US$51 million this year - and around 40 per cent of that was just from the app.
After news broke of the cover, she gushed on Twitter, "Such a tremendous honour to be on the cover of @forbes! I never dreamed this would happen & know my Dad would be proud."
To keep the game up-to-date, the 35-year-old works with developers to sync her daily life with her virtual life.
Kardashian told Forbes people never expected her to try and conquer the tech world, but she'd become intrigued by the idea.
"I started spending a lot of time in San Francisco," she said. "I realised this is really going to be the next cycle of my career and this is what I want to focus on."
The mum-of-two also revealed that husband Kanye West encouraged her to launch the idea.

"I remember I asked Kanye 'Should I do this?' He was like 'Yes!' That's how he got into music because he wanted to do music for video games and wanted to create video games."
Now, after the highly coveted nod from Forbes, Kardashian is showing no signs of slowing down.
"This is fun for me. Now I'm coming up with Kimojis and the app and all these other ideas. I don't see myself stopping."
