A TV special featuring internet videos of cats, titled Cats Make You Laugh Out Loud, dominated Friday night's TV ratings, beating Jono and Ben on TV3 and Location, Location, Location on TV One.
The one-hour special drew an audience of 505,000 viewers, aged 5+, and was the top rating programmeof the day with viewers aged 25-54, according to Nielsen.
By comparison, Jono and Ben saw just 188,000 viewers tune in on TV3, while British property search show Location, Location, Location drew 358,000 viewers.
One News was the top-rating programme of the day with national viewers age 5+, with 701,000 people tuning in.
