Jim Carrey's alleged STD test has been submitted as evidence

Jim Carrey is in more hot water after his alleged STD results have surfaced showing he tested positive for Hepatitis A, chlamydia and herpes back in January, 2013.

Currently in the middle of a wrongful-death suit filed by his late girlfriend's mother Brigid Sweetman, Carrey has vehemently denied he ever gave Cathriona White any diseases.

According to and reportedly seen by the Daily Mail, the test was filed by a Mr. Jose Lopez, believed to be an alias used by Carrey.

The test shows Lopez's birthdate listed as January 17, 1962, the same as Carrey, and also shows positive results for both types of Herpes, Chlamydia and Hepatitis A.

The results of Lopez's test were submitted as evidence on Thursday by Sweetman's lawyer Michael Avenatti who also issued a declaration.

"After Carrey received the test results, he purposely hid the results from Ms. White, whom he was intimately involved with, and failed to inform her that he had tested positive for Hepatitis A, HSV (Herpes) I and II, and Chlamydia," the submission read.

"To make matters worse, Carrey then proceeded to have unprotected sex with Ms. White with full knowledge that he was STD positive, including on February 12, 2013 (two days before Valentine's day and within weeks after learning the test results).

"Even after doing so, he failed to inform Ms. White that he had likely just infected her with STDs and possibly hepatitis A. This was not only callous, it was criminal," Avenatti said.

Carrey's lawyer Martin Singer responded to Avenatti's declaration saying "These distortions and false statements by the lawyer do a disservice to Cathriona's memory and to the truth.

"Cat White's biological mother, Brigid Sweetman acknowledged in writing that she received death threats because people believed she was responsible for Cat's death."

'This latest attempt to create a diversion by the lawyer from his meritless claims just shows how low he will stoop."

Sweetman also made a statement on Thursday saying, "These documents show that Jim Carrey has lied to the media, the public and the court. Carrey has now been shown for what he is - a dishonest Hollywood celebrity who thinks he can say anything and fool people just because he is famous."

The actor's girlfriend Cathriona White committed suicide in September, 2015 by overdosing on drugs.

White's mother is attempting to charge the Bruce Almighty star for wrongful death saying he lied about giving his struggling girlfriend STDs and that he supplied her with the drugs she took to kill herself.
