Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are officially engaged.
Just weeks after celebrating their two-year anniversary, the couple announced the proposal on social media.
Rodriguez shared a photo On Instagram of Lopez wearing a massive engagement ring, captioning the photo: "She said yes."
Lopez posted the exact same photo onto her own account, captioning it with heart emoticons.
The couple, who have been dating for a little over two years, has been posting photos from their tropical getaway over the weekend in Bakers Bay, according to E!
Lopez revealed in an interview with Harper's Bazaar in April 2018 that she "would love to grow old with somebody in a committed relationship. But I'm not forcing anything right now."
"It's good, it's healthy; we communicate well. We understand each other's lives in a way that most other people couldn't."
The pair were originally acquaintances, but Lopez revealed to James Corden in May 2017 that starting a romantic relationship with Rodriguez wasn't too difficult.
"I just tapped him on the shoulder and said 'hi' — that was it," she dished.
And the rest seems to be history, as the couple, both parents with children from previous relationships, now have wedding planning ahead of them.
J.Lo's twins, Max and Emme, are from her marriage to singer Marc Anthony, which ended in 2014. Rodriguez's daughters, Natasha and Ella, are from his marriage to Cynthia Scurtis, which ended in 2008.
Lopez was also previously married to Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003 and Ojani Noa from 1997 to 1999.
