James Blunt has spoken out in support for his friends Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The UK musician was guest on Good Morning Britain, and compared the press's treatment of the royal couple to bullying.
"What I think I can see is that they seem to be on the coverof the newspapers a lot and it seems to be vitriolic quite a lot of the time," he told hosts Ben Shephard and Penny Lancaster.

"He's a very nice man, a really phenomenal solider, who does a lot of work for other people, for charities, for veterans, for children in Africa and I think under great scrutiny they seem to try a lot for other people. So the vitriol seems a bit like leaning on bullying to me."
The comments come after revelations by the royal couple about the realities of their daily lives in a new documentary. Markle, who speaks about being under constant press scrutiny, says in the doco she is "existing, not living", and admitted she is "not really OK."
Prince Harry also speaks about his "rift" with Prince William.
