Hailey Baldwin has made a move to officially be known as Mrs Bieber.
The 21-year-old filed documents to trademark her married name, Hailey Bieber, earlier this month, according to The Blast on Friday.
An attorney for the model submitted the paperwork on October 10 which was the sameday that reports surfaced claiming Justin Bieber's ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez had checked into a psychiatric facility, reports Daily Mail.
The document lists the names "Hailey Bieber," "Hailey Baldwin" and "HRB3" on the filing for use as a future clothing line.
According to The Blast: "She filed for the trademarks under her company, Rhodedeodato Corp, which is a combo of Hailey's middle name, Rhode, and her mother's maiden name, Deodato."
On the same date as the filing, TMZ first reported that Selena Gomez had been hospitalized twice in September and was in a psychiatric facility following a mental breakdown.
Justin and Hailey secretly tied the knot last month at a Manhattan courthouse, shortly before the Selena checked into treatment.

A source recently told PEOPLE that the 26-year-old Wolves singer was 'hit hard' by Justin and Hailey's quick marriage.
Following her breakdown, Justin was spotted out multiple times looking distraught. Several reports claimed that sources close to the Canadian said he wasn't totally over his ex.
Selena and Justin last rekindled their longtime romance about a year ago before splitting up in March.
The Sorry hitmaker kicked off a whirlwind romance with his now wife, Hailey, right after ending things with Selena and proposed in July after dating just a few weeks.
Despite recent claims that Justin wasn't over Selena and photos of the crooner looking upset, it seems things are only heating up with Hailey.
Earlier this week the newlyweds were spotted touring Demi Lovato's recently listed home, presumably to scope out a new potential love nest.
The Sorry Not Sorry singer, who happens to be Selena's former best friend, put the mansion on the market in September for nearly $10M following her overdose in the residence.
And, in the November issue of Harper's Bazaar, Hailey called her husband "incredible" and said he "crushes everything - every song, every feature. It's crazy to see what he does. I'm always blown away."
