If you're a fan of the 1993 coming-of-age sports film The Sandlot, you'll probably remember the iconic line "You're killin' me, Smalls!"
The quote from the cult classic film has stuck around for the past 25 years — even appearing on T-shirts, as two former The Sandlot child stars foundthis week.
Actors Patrick Renna and Tom Guiry, who played Hamilton 'Ham' Porter and Scotty Smalls in the film, posed for an impromptu street selfie with an apparent 'fan' of the film — such a fan, he was wearing a T-shirt of the young Renna as Ham, along with the catchphrase he spouted to Guiry's character.

There was just one problem with the photo: according to the pair, this fan had absolutely no idea who they were.
"Said nice shirt to this dude walking by us and he had no idea what we were talking about. Thought I would capture the moment," Renna captioned the pic, which shows he and Guiry posing with a rather bemused looking fellow, seemingly unaware that the guy to his left is also the kid on his t-shirt.
The awkward moment is striking a chord with Sandlot fans online — it already has close to 200,000 likes on Twitter:
The Sandlot cast reunited earlier this year to celebrate 25 years since the film's release, with director, writer and narrator David Mickey Evans speaking about the fond memories he had of making it.
"The film was made with the same amount of love that people have for it, and it was the greatest summer of our lives," he said.
