It seems yet another popular show has made Prince Harry and Meghan Markle the butt of their jokes.
Earlier this year South Park made headlines for its The Worldwide Privacy Tourepisode in which they mocked two characters who looked quite similar to the Duke and Duchess ofSussex. Now, Family Guy has made its very own royal satire.
In the episode aired in the UK on Sunday, the show’s main character, Peter Griffin, compares himself to the couple as he thinks of ways to retrieve money he is owed, deciding he will “go it alone” like the California-based royals, Daily Mail reports.
Cutting to a scene of Harry and Meghan in their swimwear relaxing by the pool, the Seth McFarlane-created cartoon then shows a butler handing the couple “millions from Netflix”.

“Sir, your millions from Netflix for ... no one knows what,” the butler says, with Harry telling him to “put it with the rest of them”.
As the butler walks off, Meghan receives a notification on her phone telling her husband — whom she married in 2018 — “Babe, time to do our daily $250,000 sponsored Instagram post for Del Taco.”
While included in the show, the couple aren’t believed to have made any money from such deals since leaving the royal family in 2020.
In the cartoon, the prince seemingly takes a dig at the British monarchy as he says, “I shouldn’t have left the made-up nonsense.”

It comes after South Park released its scathing episode in February where they depicted a young royal couple, the Prince and Princess of Canada, who request privacy while also drawing attention to themselves.
While the show claims all characters are fictional, the royal couple in the episode feature Harry’s striking red hair and Meghan’s fashionably tilted hat leading many to believe it was aimed at the Sussexes.
The episode takes multiple jabs at the Sussexes, including their private jet, loud “privacy party”, and a prince who plays polo on the lawn.
