The 30-year-old Sports Illustrated model posted a touching image of her little girl - who is less than a week old - on Instagram for her six million followers.
The tender image, which showed Teigen tenderly cradling her genetically blessed daughter and stroking the child's thick mop of dark hair,was captioned "Hi my lulu!".
Teigen has been open in the past about her fertility struggles, and used IVF to conceive her child, revealing she hand-picked a female embryo to ensure she and the singer would have a daughter.
"I've made this decision ... Not only am I having a girl, I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, 'Let's put in the girl,'" she told People.
