"The last time I played with Aaron was in an AC/DC covers band for a friend's birthday," says Toogood. "I thought I was an okay guitar player. He made me feel like a crap guitar player."

Meanwhile, Ladi6 and @Peace head off on the longest tour of the lot, taking in 11 dates starting in Invercargil on June 28 and including shows at The Ballroom in Whangarei on July 12 and the Powerstation on July 13. The tour will be a chance to hear new tracks from Ladi6's upcoming album and follow-up to 2010's The Liberation of ... . The new, as-yet-untitled album, was recorded in big bad Detroit in the United States as well as at Revolver Studios in little old Waiuku.
