In an excerpt published by People magazine on Thursday, Caitlyn, previously known as Bruce, admitted getting intimate with now 61-year-old Kris was "imbued" with love.
However she added: "My attitude is no different than it was in high school: I'm just not entirely comfortable with it."
Caitlyn obviously recognises the intrigue many have about the lovemaking early in their relationship.
She writes: "Since, let's not kid ourselves, everyone wants to know, Kris and I have good and frequent sex at the beginning."
One obvious point of contention between the transgender star and Kris is how much Kris knew about Caitlyn's gender issues as the gold medallist insists that she was transparent especially before getting intimate.
She explains: "This will always be a subject of dispute between us. She insists that she was taken by surprise by my ultimate transition to Caitlyn, which obviously means in her mind that she did not know enough."
Caitlyn said that she had told Kris there had been a woman inside her the entire time and that she even dressed in front of her as a woman ''several times''.
The former Olympian even told Kris about her hormone therapy which gave her 36B breasts.
However Caitlyn alluded to Kris not understanding as she wrote: "To Kris they were man boobs caused by my being out of shape."
The excerpts obtained by People also reveal that his daughters Kendall and Kylie had once caught her dressing in women's clothing on camera.
Caitlyn explained: "I went into Kylie's room to check myself out because it had a full-length mirror."
However as the two were trying to catch each other in the act of stealing each other's clothes, they had accidentally recorded their father trying on different outfits.
"Later that night I heard them running to their mother yelling, 'Oh my God, what's on the computer screen?!'" said Caitlyn. "They were mercifully too young to understand."
Caitlyn and Kris married in April 1991 after five months of dating and announced their separation in October 2013.
Their divorce came into effect in March 2015. They were married for 24 years.
There have already been several excerpts from Caitlyn's memoir released in the past few weeks as she has previously revealed she is done having sex with women.
"Of the most important things in my life, sex is beyond the bottom; it has been that way for a long time", reveals Jenner according to Radar Online.
"A future female companion? Yes, I do think about that. A future female sex companion? Not happening, at least for now, and perhaps not ever."
Before that she revealed that she underwent gender reassignment surgery in January of this year.
"The surgery was a success, and I feel not only wonderful but liberated," writes Jenner in her book according to Radar Online.
Jenner came out as a transgender woman during a 20/20 interview in April 2015.
It seems like not everyone is happy with Caitlyn's tell-all memoir as new reports surfaced that alleged Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are so mad at the former I Am Cait star they are barely talking to her.
"'They are upset," a source told Us Weekly. "This is the last straw."
The Secrets Of My Life is set for release next week on April 25.
