It's just debuted in Australia, but Kiwi box office success story The Breaker Upperers will next be seen across the rest of the world.
That's thanks to a deal with Netflix, which has secured the rights to screen the Kiwi comedy film to its global audience.
The film, one of the top 10 most successful Kiwi films of all time, will debut on the streaming service in 2019, Screen Daily reported.
The deal excludes streaming rights in New Zealand and Australia, where the film has had theatre releases.
The Breaker Upperers follows two characters, played by writers-directors Madeleine Sami and Jackie Van Beek, who run a business helping couples separate.
It received rave reviews in New Zealand, and again in Australia when it recently opened the Sydney Film Festival.
