The party had an Africantheme and guests who went along included her former Destiny's Child band mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, tennis player Serena Williams, her mum Tina Knowles, La La Anthony and Vanessa Bayer.
In a series of black and white images she posted on Instagram, the singer can be seen showing off a large Henna tattoo on her bare belly while she wore a string bikini and sarong.
Queen Bey also wore massive gold earrings and a silk scarf.
The party was held at a private home in Beverly Hills where gold balloon letters could be seen spelling out the words 'Carter Push Party' and 'Twinning.'
The Grammy winner is currently expecting twins with her 47-year-old husband Jay-Z. They have a daughter, Blue Ivy, who is five.
E! News reports than an inside source said: "The party was very family friendly with Blue Ivy and lots of her friends running around the grounds of the estate.
