Blake Fielder-Civil

is heading back to prison after failing a routine drug test.

Fielder-Civil, 26 - who recently blamed himself for Winehouse's downward spiral and

chemical romance

- is yet again to be detained at Her Majesty's pleasure.

Stop me if you've heard this one before, but ...

Tabloid

News of the World

revealed this week how a 'guilt racked' Fielder-Civil sensationally admitted that he got his wife hooked on drugs.

“

I introduced her to heroin, crack cocaine and self-harming

. I feel more than guilty.

"I dragged Amy into it and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road.

I ruined something beautiful

.

"Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love," he told the tabloid in a

taped interview

as he announced plans to walk away from their toxic union.

The dreamboat was released from the slammer last month, after serving just 12 months of a 27 month sentence for grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice.

He was then sent to rehab as part of the terms of his early release from jail.

However, Britain's

Sun

newspaper reveals that his hopes of tasting freedom anytime soon look shot to pieces.

The newspaper claims that Fielder-Civil is heading back inside for what could be a two-year stretch - after failing a routine drug test at the LifeWorks clinic in Surrey, England.

According to reports, he was given his marching orders to return to jail, after which he bolted from the rehab clinic and rushed to see wife Wino in hospital - to ask for her forgiveness.

A source said: "Blake did a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose - everyone was totally shocked.

"He was asking Amy to forgive him. As he was going back inside anyway he felt he didn't have much to lose."

Word is Blakey had every intention of handing himself in to cops once he'd seen Winehouse.

Troubled Wino is currently receiving treatment in a London hospital as part of her own rehabilitation.

"He was asking Amy to forgive him. As he was going back inside anyway he felt he didn't have much to lose," another snitch said.

Meanwhile, a source tells the

Mirror

that Winehouse is furious with Blakey over his alleged drug-slip.

"He is devastated about going back inside. And she is furious that it all seems like a waste of money.

"Amy dipped into her own pocket to help turn his life around but now feels that it'll all be thrown back in her face.

"She had finally started stepping up divorce proceedings again but he started phoning again and getting inside her mind. Now he is out of the picture again she can concentrate on getting her life on track."

A to the Men on that one.

But what the bejesus has happened to Madonna's face?

Talking of Madge...

I've heard that her former Guy candy has invited her over to his for Christmas dinner.

, who's had to mute his love of Christmas to date because of Madonna's Kabalahaha beliefs, has apparently declared it's tinsel time and thrown the Grinch an olive branch. He wants the family together for the festive season.

"Guy will have the boys at Christmas," a snitch tells the

Daily Express

. "He wants to treat them like kings and celebrate the old-fashioned way.

"It's not something that's happened in the past because it's not in accordance with Kabbalah.

"He has asked his ex-wife and her daughter to join them. Even though she doesn't celebrate, Guy thinks it's a good way to prove to the kids they are still their top priority."

Hot rumour

There's a wicked rumour doing the rounds that one of the

Olsen

twins is with child.

Someone has tipped off the

National Enquirer

that

Mary-Kate Olsen

is pregnant - because her weight has apparently 'ballooned' to 102 pounds. Exactly. Stick this one in the

pending file.

A snitch says: "Mary-Kate has been looking a lot rounder recently. It is good she has put on weight, because she previously suffered from anorexia, but a lot of people think she could actually be attempting to hide her pregnancy. She is really happy with Nate and is very excited they will soon be starting their family together."
