The NZ flag change referendum is once again in the celebrity spotlight after a shout-out from an actor on The Big Bang Theory.
Big Bang Theory star Kunal Nayyar says the show's next season may well be its last.
Nayyer, who stars as Raj in the show with Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco, addressed the issue at the MCM London Comic Con.
"Look, next season, as it stands on our contract,could be the last season of Big Bang Theory," he said.
"To be completely honest ... I know people are going to want to know what happens after season 10. I don't know what's going to happen."
And he's not the only one - in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, showrunner Steve Molaro was asked if he thought season 10 would be a wrap and he answered: "I think so".
While he said he didn't actually know and they would continue to just keep making each episode as best they could, he also said: "The reality is that maybe season 10 is the ending point".
