To make slicing easier, freeze the meat for approximately 30 minutes prior to preparation.
Ingredients
4 Tbsp | Brown rice oil |
500 g | Beef fillets, thinly sliced (Main) |
4 Tbsp | Oyster sauce |
2 | Spring onions, thinly sliced into 5cm lengths |
1 cup | Snow peas, trimmed and thinly sliced (Main) |
2 tsp | Fish sauce |
2 cloves | Garlic, crushed |
¼ cup | Sesame seeds |
Directions
- Heat 2 teaspoons of the oil in a wok. Stir-fry the beef together with the oyster sauce for 1 minute, until just cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil and sauté the spring onions and snow peas for 1 minute Add the fish sauce and garlic.
- Return the beef to the pan, toss together with the sesame seeds and serve.
