This is a go to winter warmer, all natural, gluten free and a go to if you're feeling the winter blues
Ingredients
| 50 g | Turmeric root, Grounf |
| 50 g | Fresh ginger, Ground |
| 2 Tbsp | Oat milk, Powder |
| 1 tsp | Cinnamon |
| ½ tsp | Ground cloves |
| ¼ tsp | Ground black pepper |
Directions
- Mince or grind the fresh turmeric and press through a sieve, extracting as much juice as possible. Place in a blender with the spices, powdered oat milk and 1 cup of water (or 1 cup of oat milk). Blend until well mixed. Pour into a cup and heat until warm. Enjoy. You can place the mixture in a milk frother if you have one.
