An easy family dinner. Thaw the frozen cooked prawns before using.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp | Olive oil |
1 | Onion, diced |
2 large | Celery stalks, diced |
1 | Green capsicum, seeded and diced |
1 ¼ cups | Tomato pasta sauce (Main) |
1 cup | Pineapple, canned or fresh, in cubes |
500 g | Prawns, cooked and shelled (Main) |

Directions
Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion and sauté on low heat, until tender. Add the celery, green capsicum, pasta sauce, pineapple and pepper, stir well, then simmer for 5 minutes. Add the prawns, stir well, then heat through. Great served on rice or pasta.
