Great for lunch or cut into quarters to make nibbles with drinks.
Ingredients
2 large | Croissants (Main) |
4 slices | Gruyere cheese, colby, gouda or easy-to-melt cheese, be generous (Main) |
4 slices | Shaved ham (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Whole grain mustard |
½ cup | Watercress, leaves only (Main) |
Directions
- Halve the croissants, crosswise. Sandwich the cheese, ham, mustard and watercress between the halves.
- Place in a sandwich toaster and cook until golden and bubbling. Enjoy immediately.
