Ingredients
| 1 head | Broccoli (Main) |
| 1 | Avocado |
| ¼ cup | Avocado oil |
| ¼ | Red onions |
| ½ clove | Garlic |
| 2 Tbsp | Sunflower seeds |
| 2 Tbsp | Sesame seeds |
| 2 Tbsp | Almonds |
Directions
- Cut broccoli into small pieces, blanch in boiling water until just tender, drain and cool with ice to stop further cooking.
- Cut red onion into thin slices. Cut avocado into bite size pieces.
- Lightly toast seeds and nuts, Sesame seeds white or black
- Mix avocodo oil (Olivado zesty lemon) with crushed garlic. ( or mix avocado oil with lemon juice/zest)
- Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl and add dressing when ready to serve
