Ingredients
| ½ cup | Grapeseed oil |
| 1 stalk | Lemongrass (Main) |
| 1 Tbsp | Grated fresh ginger |
| 2 | Red chillies (Main) |
| ½ tsp | Coriander seeds |
| 1 medium | Garlic clove, peeled |
| 1 Tbsp | Fish sauce |
| 1 handful | Cucumber, sliced, to garnish |
| 1 handful | Radish, sliced, to garnish |
Directions
- Remove outer leaves of lemongrass and discard. Bruise remaining lemongrass with the back of a chef's knife, then slice thinly.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until almost smooth.
